We show our youthful vigor and are full of bright hopes in the Senior High School Entrance Examination. In order to make students take the exam in a fuller and more stable state of mind, the teachers' mobilization meeting was held in Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High Department of the west campus on 22nd March.
First of all, Director Zhang Li elaborated on the schedule of the following eighty-four days in detail to set clear objectives, make standard requirements, grasp the details, strengthen teachers' conviction, adjust the state and pay attention to methods, which provided teachers with feasible suggestions.
Second of all, the lesson preparation team leaders of each subject reported the review arrangement of each subject to the colleagues on behalf of their respective groups. Then, each lesson preparation group started brainstorming, conducted careful design, proceeded comprehensive thinking and chose the most reasonable arrangement and the most appropriate method for the review plan. Through this exchange, the lesson preparation groups enlightened each other and made the plan more reasonable.
Third of all, Principal Assistant Ling Qian made a mobilization speech in which he put forward specific requirements to the teachers: wisdom and industriousness. We achieve mastery through comprehensive study and give to get in the classroom. On the other hand, industriousness will let us get effect instantly so that our students can benefit a lot.
Fourth of all, Principal Xu Xuchang encouraged teachers to set goals and build up confidence. When teachers work hard and  temper their willpower, students will bear hardships and stand hard work to actively explore the learning methods, cherish time and live each day to the fullest.
On the whole, this mobilization meeting had warm atmosphere and was remarkably effective. Besides, it enlightened, encouraged and guided all the teachers to further enhance their confidence and determination to prepare for the Senior High School Entrance Examination, which laid a solid ideological foundation for all the students to get ready for the grand exam as well.
